- The Summit welcomed the African Union, expanding its members by including additional countries.
- The Russian Foreign Minister expressed that he would return the Black Sea deal that allows Ukraine to export grain under the condition that Moscow’s demands were met. Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey will continue to discuss the grain deal, while the Turkish president believes there is hope of resolving it.

The University of Michigan is set to release the Prelim UoM Consumer Sentiment on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 6:00 PM, GMT+4 (Dubai Time).
